Foxtail started in 2018 with a 10-pound roaster and a dream: serve Bozeman the kind of coffee and food worth slowing down for. We partner with Treeline Coffee Roasters to source single-origin beans, and everything in our pastry case is baked in-house before sunrise.
Our provisions shelf carries locally made jams, honey, granola, and small-batch goods from Montana makers. We believe a cafe should be more than a transaction — it should be a gathering place for the neighborhood.
